A Special Field Trip

 Today, we only had BB.  I needed to go down to La Jolla and pick some things up, so we made a quick stop at the temple!

Knock Knock!

They wanted to go inside so bad.  The temple is closed on Mondays and they could see the people cleaning inside.  BB was especially upset.  She got so mad, she threw her new snow globe on the ground...Uh Oh!  But it was so fun to see them so excited by the Nativities and the Temple!  I'm so glad we decided to stop.

 We started our Holiday Crafts by making Snowmen.

Baby, it's cold outside...

 Look how cute these two are!  This is how they showed up this morning!  It's beginning to feel like winter around here!

Ready for our Thanksgiving Feast...

 Today we broke out the crayons and colored ourselves some Thanksgiving placemats.

 Now that they are getting older, they are really focusing on how and what they color.

 They also take great pride in their work!

Turkeys making Turkeys (Gobble...Gobble...)

 Miss Trisha was heading off to Washington for a little 3 day vacation last weekend.  So, we had our craft day on Thursday.  It is November and time to count our blessings.  We made little foam turkeys and attached little notes that stated what we are thankful for. 

I am so thankful to get to spend days with all these cute little turkeys!  BMW is thankful for "mommy".  CJ is thankful for "Jesus".  CC is thankful for "my eyes".  BB is thankful for "my mama".

Real Goldfish...

 We have some new friends here at Nanny Trish's.  When I told these little munchkins to come look at the goldfish, they thought I meant the crackers.  But, once they saw these little guys, they were mesmerized.  They could stand up to the counter all day watching the fishies swim.
