Happy St. Patricks Day!

 And what a happy day it was!  We started with a field trip to the school to see LPW's 'Spring Sing'.  I brought blankets to sit on and books to read while we waited.  I also brought some snacks.  It was a good thing too, because we were there a long time!

Yesterday was CC's actual birthday!  She is officially 3 years old now!

We had to wait for LPW and CNW to get home from school to open presents.  Because LPW wrapped them.

Ready for Spring...

 What do you do when you have, paint, qtips, wooden flowers and popsicle sticks?

You make your own little flower garden!!!

 These guys love to paint!  They love to wear these groovy paint shirts too!

 Once they were finished painting the flowers, I hot glued heart beads to the centers and green sticks for the stems.

 Then, I glued some more sticks together to make a little flower box.

They turned out so cute!  C'mon Spring...We're Ready!

Painting Rain...

 FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26.....

 It was supposed to rain really hard this weekend, so we talked about rain and where it comes from.  They were a little confused about evaporation, but they were really excited to paint rain drops falling from the clouds.

 I got everything I needed from the Dollar Tree (my new favorite store!)

 BB turned 3 on Feb 19th!  She arrived 2 days later at our house and we gave her a little party!
