The Land of Make-Believe

One of my favorite parts of hanging out with the kids all day, is that they love to pretend and dress up and PLAY!

They take their playtime VERY seriously!

BB's a BIG SISTER!!!

And she's not afraid to tell you!

On Monday, BB returned to us after a "potty training" and baby sister hiatus.  This is her new sister:

Who says you can't have Easter, the day after Easter?

With all the different Spring Breaks- this was the first time we could have our Easter Party!

The kids waited all day for the big kids to get home...so that they could do all this:

Little Bunny Fu Fu

CJ has been sick...so it was just these 2.  We made the cutest bunnies!

All it took was:

-plastic egg

-acrylic paint

-cardstock (for base, feet and ears)

-googly eyes

-cotton ball

-glue

 We started off by picking out the colors we wanted and the color of paint we wanted.  We got our lovely paint shirts on and painted away at the plastic egg.

 Then Miss Trisha glued on the eyes, ears and feet...

 And the cute little cotton tail!

I must apologize at being soooo slow with the posts.  I was sick and then I was over loaded with planning for Spring Break.  Now that I'm home, I wanted to share with you our last craft (from a couple of Fridays ago...)

 It was cold and rainy and I wasn't feeling all that well.  I didn't have a planned craft, but as the morning went on, we noticed lots of snails outside and so thought we would make our own.

 They each picked out the color of snail they wanted...

 They liked coloring the "swirls".

Ta- Dah!  All done!  They turned out so cute and we practiced pushing them around nice and slow.
